[cinnamon bun oatmeal]

for a typical serving:


— 1 cup dairy-free milk

— 3/4 cups oats

— 1 tablespoon coconut flour

— 1 tablespoon coconut sugar

— 1 tsp cinnamon [it’s amazing if you add some nutmeg too]

— 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder


on top:

— 2 tablespoons dairy free milk

— 1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder

— cinnamon


[sauce for sushi bowl]

— 1 tablespoon coconut sugar

— 1 tablespoon soy sauce

— 2 tablespoons rice vinegar


[avocado lime dip]

— 1/2 avocado

— 1 tablespoon vegan mayonnaise

— 2 tablespoons dairy free milk, more/less depending on how liquid you want it

— juice of 1/2 lime


[zucchini pasta]

— for the pasta I used 2 large zucchinis


[lentil sauce]

— 1/2 cup lentils

— 3 tablespoons tomato paste

— 1 cup tomato sauce

— 1 chopped up roma tomato

— sprinkle of salt, pepper, oregano, basil, and rosemary
