(All make 1-2 servings)
RICE COOKER CHILI
½ cup onion chopped
¾ cup red bell pepper chopped
150g tempeh (marinated mine in 1.5 tbsp maple syrup, 2 tbsp soy sauce, ½ tsp minced ginger and garlic) CRUMBLED
2 garlic cloves minced
½ cup carrot chopped
1.25 cup stalk celery chopped
1 cup Kidney beans
1 cup Black beans
1 cup Corn
¾ cup Salsa
1 tbsp chili powder
½ – 1 tsp cumin
½ tsp oregano
1.5 canned diced tomatoes
1.5 tbsp tomato paste
½ tsp paprika
pepper and salt to taste
RICE COOKER PASTA
4oz pasta 110g
180g broth (add 2-3 tbsp of water if needed)
13oz sauce
1/2 cup corn
1/2 cup peas
1 cup broccoli
1/2 cup spinach
1/2 cup beans of choice
RICE COOKER BANANA BREAD
2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1 cup of rip banana mashed
1 tbsp maple syrup or coconut sugar
1 cup + 2 tbsp apple sauce
½ tbsp. of molasses
quarter of a lemon juiced
1/2 cup berries
NOTE:
// if you like sweeter banana bread reduce 2 tbsp apple sauce for more maple syrup!
// if you put this bread in the fridge/let it cool more it becomes more cake/bread like; more firm instead of gooey like shown in the video 🙂 i love it both ways!
